Watch Collection PK is committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and on time across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process, timelines, and charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad
- Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Hyderabad, Sialkot
- All other cities, towns, and remote areas served by our courier partners

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order has been successfully placed.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Watch Collection PK is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 220 on all orders, regardless of your location or order size. This fixed rate applies nationwide across Pakistan. No hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.
5. Courier Partners
We work with reputable and reliable courier partners to ensure your order is handled with care. Our logistics partners include services such as Leopards Courier, PostEx, and M&P, depending on your delivery location and availability at the time of dispatch.
6. Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your watch arrives in perfect condition. We use protective packaging designed to withstand transit. If you receive your order and the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Watch Collection PK is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. To update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately, we can make changes only before the order is dispatched.
9. Payment Policy (COD & Advance Payment)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to Rs. 5,000. For orders exceeding Rs. 5,000, 30% advance payment is required before the order is processed and dispatched. Advance payment can be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa), payment details will be shared upon order confirmation. COD orders must be paid in full in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not carry change.
