Replacement & Return Policy
At Watch Collection PK, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We offer a straightforward 7-day replacement policy to ensure that you receive a product that meets your expectations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Commitment
We do not offer refunds or cash-back on any purchases. However, if your product arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, we are committed to replacing it promptly at no additional cost to you.
2. Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following conditions apply:
- The watch is physically defective or damaged upon arrival
- The watch has a manufacturing fault or technical malfunction
- You received the wrong product (wrong model, color, or variant)
- The watch stops functioning or develops a fault within 7 days of delivery
Replacement requests submitted after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted, so we encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
3. Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The replacement request must be raised within 1 or 2 days of the delivery date
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The product must not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer (drops, scratches, water exposure beyond stated water resistance, etc.)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- A photo or video clearly showing the fault or issue must be submitted at the time of the request
4. Non-Eligible Situations
Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., disliking the color, size, or style after purchase)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling by the customer
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass, strap wear, etc.)
- Requests made after the 7-day replacement window has expired
5. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us within 1 or 2 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email at [email protected]
- Step 2: Provide your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue
- Step 3: Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or problem
- Step 4: Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours
- Step 5: If approved, we will arrange collection of the faulty item and dispatch the replacement
6. Replacement Process & Timeline
Once your replacement request is approved:
- A courier will be arranged to collect the faulty product from your address
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 business days
- You will receive a tracking number once the replacement has been shipped
Watch Collection PK reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving and processing any replacement.
7. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds, store credits, or exchanges for reasons other than those outlined in this policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
